GYM-R- This is a fitness program that also challenges the mind. There’s an integration of exercises that are traditional as well as things that will make you react and make quick decisions so you’re building a healthy brain and body.
GYM-R Kids/GYM-R ED- Kids need to work on a multitude of skills to develop their constantly changing mind. This program integrates skills needed academically as well as physically. The drills facilitate aspects of learning that they would see in school such as math, language arts and reading. The objective is to put the students in an environment where they have to quickly think, move and process.
T.H.I.N.K.F.A.S.T.- Think F.A.S.T. (Facilitating Athletically Superior Thoughts) is targeted to challenge the athlete to not only physically excel in performance but have the mental capabilities to consistently and efficiently execute their abilities even in less than adequate conditions.
MindSet Management- This is mental skills training to health promote healthy thinking for athletes, employees, tactical populations, students and educators (to name a few). These sessions can be done remotely or in person.
