May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we wanted to provide 100% free opportunities to learn about mental health from a variety of sources and context. We have events that are in person as well as online.
1. The Gaming Mind 5/1 (Canceled)
What: Here gamers of all varieties will learn different applied psychological and cognitive training methods to improve performance and overall mental well-being!

2. Myths in Mental Health 5/7
What: This is a Zoom meeting discussing misconceptions, stigmas and myths regarding mental
health, mental illness and therapy.

3. The Anxiety Workout 5/11
What: Participants will learn mental skills,
techniques and training methods to combat anxiety.

4. Mental Health in the Black Community 5/14
What: This is a Zoom meeting where we will discuss the state of mental health in the black community and ways to improve awareness.

What: This in person event is for those who support the 2nd Amendment. We will discuss applied psychological and cognitive training methods as well as practice at the Brain Range (Click here for details about the Brain Range)

What: A day for kids to use their brains in a fun and challenging way! There’ll be activities, refreshments and giveaways!

What: This Zoom educates on the important factors of mental health/performance in sport.

8. Cognitive C.O.N.D.I.T.I.O.N.I.N.G. Workshop 5/28*
What: This workshop will introduce you to Mind.Body.1.'s methods. We have trained the mental performance of the world's best performers. These applied methods can be used in a variety of demographics ranging from fitness, sport, health services, tactical and corporate wellness.
