Overview:  This FREE event welcomes kids of all ages!  We will have different stations with mental challenges, games and physical activity that promote the qualities needed for students, athletes and kids of all talents.  Our goal is to educate and inform the importance of mental training and how to help get others in the community involved.  Our methods have been used in schools, professional sports and law enforcement (just to name a few).
